services (“Services”) offered by The Parenting Guide LLC (“us”). By

You must be at least 18 years old to use this website or our coaching
services. By using this site, you represent and warrant that you are of legal
age and have the authority to enter into these Terms. - Parenting Coaching Services
Our parenting coaching services are designed to support and guide you in
your parenting journey. These services are not therapy, counseling, or a
substitute for professional mental health or medical care. Nothing in
these Terms or in our services creates a therapist-client, doctor-patient,
attorney-client, or fiduciary relationship. If you or your child needs
clinical or medical support, please consult a licensed professional.
All coaching sessions, whether individual or group, are based on personal
development and support practices, and results may vary.
Additional terms governing coaching services are set forth in a separate
Coaching Agreement or Contract, which you must agree to before
participating in any coaching services. In the event of a conflict, the
Coaching Agreement shall control. - Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including but not limited to text, graphics,
logos, videos, and downloads—is the intellectual property of The Parenting
Guide LLC and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or reuse any content without our prior
written consent. - User Conduct
You agree to use the website for lawful purposes only and not to:
● Harass, abuse, or threaten others
● Impersonate another person or entity
● Use the site to promote or distribute harmful or illegal materials
● Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site
● Violate any applicable laws or regulations - Payments and Cancellations
All fees for coaching services must be paid in full before the start of a
session or program, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We reserve
the right to change our fees at any time.
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Missed sessions or late cancellations may be subject to a fee or forfeiture. - Disclaimer
All content and services are provided for educational and informational
purposes only. We do not guarantee specific results and make no
representations regarding outcomes. You acknowledge and agree that you
assume full responsibility for your use of any information provided and for
any decisions or actions you take based on our content or services. You
are responsible for your own decisions, parenting approaches, and the
